Let's SCHWING?

Sometimes in life it makes you kinda sad if there is a place you liked and now it is in danger. Either if it was a place you spent (maybe not only) good times like your former favorite pub that stops existing or a company that was having a hard time during the financial crisis with still no end in sight.
The latter is currently the case in my life.

For more than three years I worked in the IT department of a company called SCHWING. They mainly build truck mounted concrete pumps which are used for instance for constructing skyscrapers like the taipei101 or big bridges etc. During my stay at Schwing the company had one record business year after another and always managed to expand their staff. But recently they are struggling and facing a high amount of lay-offs in the coming months. My best wishes to all the former co-workers and especially to my friend Patrick that you guys won't be harmed too much... As always there will be better times someday and I really hope you can enjoy these still working for this company. Good luck.
