Vista 0x800704c8 error

Well, you got Windows Vista right from the beginning as an early adaptor, and because there were so few anti-virus programms for Vista out there, you decided to use the new shiny Windows Live One Care.
Everything worked fine and maybe you thought something like:"Wow, not bad."
But then there appeared sometimes a cryptic error code 0x800704c8...

So, "what this?" you might think...
Well I did some research and found out this is a known issue at Microsoft and it appears when the user tries to copy data from a removable storage device like USB sticks, portable HDDs or even DVDs/CDs.

So 'their' conclusion is: "It is caused by a bug between VISTA and One Care" but by now it should have been fixed. As for me, the error didn't occur on my laptop for some time now...
